Let me begin by stating that I haven’t used Andy yet because my bid fell through. But each time I’ve called him to schedule an inspection w him or ask him another question, he has been very kind and open to sharing his knowledge about all things inspection.  He openly gave me several good recommendations for an engineer for another property and answered questions very knowledgeably. Having purchased seven properties and inspected countless others, I am really looking forward to hiring Andy once my bid gets accepted.  Thank you, Andy!!

These guys are the best! I called and they inspected me on short notice, on the next day. Their rate was less than what other companies wanted and they did more.
