Let me begin by stating that I haven’t used Andy yet because my bid fell through. But each time I’ve called him to schedule an inspection w him or ask him another question, he has been very kind and open to sharing his knowledge about all things inspection. He openly gave me several good recommendations for an engineer for another property and answered questions very knowledgeably. Having purchased seven properties and inspected countless others, I am really looking forward to hiring Andy once my bid gets accepted. Thank you, Andy!!
These guys are the best! I called and they inspected me on short notice, on the next day. Their rate was less than what other companies wanted and they did more. They did a couple things I have never seen done before and I am no stranger to inspections or closings. Add in the fact that the customer service is above and beyond and winner winner chicken dinner. I would not hesitate to recommend or call again. I am more than pleased with the service provided and I consider myself a very picky customer. Bravo job well done and your customer service skills are superior to the other 10 companies I called before scheduling with you. I am so glad I shopped it out and found the best inspection service I believe is available for Austin. Confident in my home purchase knowing the job was done right.
Andy Jordan is a very thorough home inspector. We are currently buying a newly built home and we had him do an inspection for our peace of mind. He definitely cleared up any worries we had and showed detailed pics as well as a detailed report. I can just hope the rest of the home buying process goes as well as his inspection. He and his team really helped my client out of a bind when another inspector cancelled on us, he had his inspector Chessie out on site within 24 hours! Chessie did a thorough job and found several items we submitted for repairs to the Sellers, and made my client feel very comfortable moving forward with his home purchase. Chessie explained the report onsite, taking time to show each item to us, and then had a detailed report to us by the next day. Above and beyond customer service at its finest!

In addition to his being extremely knowledgable and articulate, he’s also just plain polite, pleasant, and extremely responsive–including spending 45 minutes on the phone with my real estate agent, my finance, and me on short notice a Saturday afternoon, going over his inspection report.
